HOME EXCHANGE

[PLEASE NOTE, This only applies to members who live in the London boroughs, see MAP . If you live outside this area, please do not apply]

If you want to move to a another area; and someone from that area would like to have an exchange. Then it may be possible for both parties to agree to exchange places. It might be easier for people in a similar situation to do an exchange; i.e.:

• Members in Housing Co-operatives
  • If a member of O/N member was also a member of a Housing Coop, he/she could exchange places with another member of O/N member, who is also in a Coop. Providing both Housing Coop's management committees agree. This information is put into our newsletter. It is up to individuals concerned to contact each other to finalise the arrangement.
• Council or Housing Association
• A similar rented bed-sit/flat.
• Home-owners of similar value.

This only applies to members who live in the London boroughs, see MAP. Members can also place a ad in the newsletter to share a flat/house or let a room.
